In 2020, while still completing my Bachelor of Information Technology, I jumped at the chance to join AnalytiCall, a Brisbane startup reimagining call center technology. As part of a small, innovative team, I dove into building out and scaling the core product, shaping it from the ground up.
Experience
2020 to Present Working on core product features and infrastructure improvements. Building and maintaining the CI/CD pipeline, and working on the frontend and backend of the application. Later leading the project and managing the team.
